On 2nd Jun 2001, N. Dymond wrote;
"Several nights ago I had a dream about this symbol. It was a medallion, the pattern in relief carved on wood. My first impression was that it was a medallion meant to be worn about the neck, but the hole being drilled in it was just above the center ring rather than close to the perimeter where it should be in order to wear comfortably around the neck."

On 23rd May 2001, Steve Gerrard wrote;
"I suppose the question we must ask ourselves and having read comments about where formations will appear first this year is :

Has this formation appeared in Hampshire as there is no Footand Mouth Disease (confirmed) in this county.

Many investigators/hoaxers have said that they will not enter fields etc where there is foot and mouth. So, IF this is a hoaxed formation (and I am not saying it is)Hampshire seems a good place to start the season off. And as for the hoaxers out there, well, they may be true to their word !!!

"This one is very interesting, I think the person from Project X who contacted me in regards to this shape is "over the moon". I cannot wait until October when I open the sealed envelopes."

On 21st May 2001, Krsanna Duran wrote;
"Thanks for posting this. It's interesting that this formation is so much like the very first ones made back in the 1980's.

I'm keeping my eyes open for formations in the U.S. Did you see the crop made in Holland around May 8?
